Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, savory seasoning, and garlic salt. Form mixture into 12 equally-sized meatballs.
Place in one provided tray. -
Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
In second provided tray, add mashed potatoes. Stir vigorously to combine and spread into an even layer. Cover tray with foil.

Bake Meal and Make Sauce
Bake both trays (meatballs uncovered, potatoes covered) in hot oven until mashed potatoes are heated through and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, place bacon in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until crispy, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove bacon from microwave. Stir in BBQ sauce and half the butter (reserve remaining for potatoes) until combined. Microwave again uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove sauce from microwave and both trays from oven.Vigorously stir sour cream, remaining butter, and a pinch of salt into mashed potatoes until combined.To serve, top meatballs with BBQ-bacon mixture and garnish mashed potatoes with cheese.
