Cooking Guidelines

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3 baking covered, 15 minutes, uncovering, and baking again until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 10-15 minutes. Green beans may need to continue baking 4-5 minutes longer.

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3 baking covered, 15 minutes, uncovering, and baking again until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 15-20 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3 baking covered, 15 minutes, uncovering, and baking again until loaves are heated through, 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, corn, seasoned salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Push to one side. -
Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cheese, bacon, panko, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form into two evenly-sized meatloaves and place in empty side of tray.
Cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes. -
Bake the Meal
Carefully remove from oven. Remove foil.
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until browned and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.To serve, garnish meatloaves with BBQ sauce. Bon appétit!
