Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Bake the Potatoes
Place potatoes in one provided tray and top with 4 tsp. olive oil, half the savory seasoning (reserve remaining for meatloaves), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes. Spread into an even layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until potatoes are tender, 35-45 minutes.In a rush? Before baking, place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave until potatoes can be pierced easily with a fork, 5-8 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and proceed with step 1, baking for 15-20 minutes instead.While potatoes bake, continue recipe. -
Bake the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko, sour cream, remaining savory seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and 2 Tbsp. water.
Form mixture into 4 equally-sized meatloaves, about 5" across. Place meatloaves in second provided tray and top evenly with bacon.Bake uncovered in hot oven until beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 17-20 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and evenly top meatloaves with cheese. -
Toast Rolls and Melt Cheese
Place rolls directly on oven rack in hot oven, cut-sides up.
Bake meatloaves uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted and rolls are toasted, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove rolls and both trays from oven.To serve, top bottom roll with meatloaf patty, BBQ sauce, pickles, then top roll. Bon appétit!
