Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-4 minutes per side.

Prepare the Ingredients
Finely crush croutons in shipping bag.
Trim zucchini ends, quarter, and cut into 1/2" dice. Zucchini quantity may vary, but total weight will remain the same. Don't worry; recipe instructions are not impacted.Halve tomatoes. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions. -
Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add zucchini to hot pan. Stir occasionally until lightly browned and tender, 4-5 minutes. Add tomatoes and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for pasta). Stir occasionally until tomatoes have softened, 2-3 minutes. -
Add the Sauce and Pasta
Add cream base to hot pan and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir in pasta, spinach, remaining garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper until combined.Stir occasionally until spinach is wilted, 2-3 minutes. -
Add Pesto and Finish Dish
Add pesto and butter to hot pan.
Stir occasionally until melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with cheese and crushed croutons. Bon appétit!
