To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using 20 oz. ground beef, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground beef, forming 4 patties and stacking 2 to serve.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 2 and 4, cooking until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 2 and 4, cooking until burger is heated through, 4-6 minutes per side.

Start the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Massage oil, salt, and pepper into fries.Spread into a single layer and bake in hot oven until lightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing fries halfway through.While fries bake, continue recipe. -
Prepare Ingredients and Make Sriracha Sauce
Trim cucumber ends and thinly slice into rounds.
Coarsely chop cilantro. (No need to stem.)Mince garlic.Combine Sriracha and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Set aside.Season ground beef with 1/4 tsp. salt. Form into two evenly-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. -
Marinate the Cucumber
Place vinegar in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave, 30 seconds.
Remove from microwave. Stir in cucumber and a pinch of salt. Set aside to marinate, at least 10 minutes.While cucumber marinates, continue recipe. -
Cook Patties and Toast Rolls
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add patties to hot, dry pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Remove from burner. Transfer burgers to a plate and tent with foil.While burgers cook, place rolls in hot oven, cut side down, and toast until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes. -
Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In another microwave-safe bowl, combine chili sauce and garlic. Microwave until fragrant and bubbling, 30-60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing burger on bottom roll and topping with Sriracha sauce, cilantro, marinated cucumber, and top roll. Drizzle chili-garlic sauce on fries. Bon appétit!
