Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into ¼" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 4 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and a pinch of salt.Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 30-40 minutes, tossing once halfway through.Carefully remove from oven and season with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
Prepare Ingredients and Make Rockefeller Topping
Coarsely tear spinach.
Core tomatoes and cut into 1/4" slices.In a mixing bowl, combine half the spinach (reserve remaining for garnish), softened cream cheese, bacon, sour cream, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.Form ground beef into four equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. Season all over with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. -
Toast the Buns
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Working in batches if necessary, add buns to hot pan, cut side down. Toast until browned, 1-2 minutes.Replenish oil, if necessary.Transfer buns to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
Cook Patties and Finish Dish
Add patties to hot pan used to toast buns and cook until browned and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side, topping evenly with Rockefeller mixture and covering pan after flipping patties.
Remove from burner and uncover. Rest, 3 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with remaining spinach, tomatoes, patty, then top bun. Bon appétit!
