Start the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In provided tray, combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Massage oil and seasoning into green beans and spread into an even layer. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 25 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
Add the Steaks
Pat steaks dry. Season both sides with steak seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add steaks to hot pan and cook undisturbed until browned, 2-3 minutes per side.Remove from burner.After 25 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Stir in tomatoes, garlic and parsley seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt until combined. Push vegetables to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Transfer steaks to now-empty side of tray. -
Bake Meal and Make Bacon-Blue Cheese Butter
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.
Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While meal bakes, mince chives.Line a microwave-safe bowl with a paper towel. Add bacon to towel-lined bowl. Microwave until crispy, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Let cool, 2 minutes.After 2 minutes, discard paper towel. Add softened butter, blue cheese (to taste), and half the chives (reserve remaining for garnish) to bowl with bacon and stir to combine. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.To serve, top steak with bacon-blue cheese butter (to taste) and garnish vegetables with remaining chives. Bon appétit!
