Start the Green Beans

Make Topping and Add Chicken
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Spread bacon evenly on towel-lined plate and microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, and crisped bacon. Set aside. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Drain any excess liquid. Push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken in now-empty side of tray and top evenly with bacon-cheese mixture. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
