Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Cauliflower
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Set cream cheese on counter to soften.
In provided tray, combine cauliflower, 2 tsp. olive oil, a pinch of salt, half the savory seasoning (reserve remaining for after baking), and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 8 minutes.While cauliflower bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel.
Spread bacon evenly on towel-lined plate. Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. In a mixing bowl, combine crisped bacon, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheese.After 8 minutes, carefully remove cauliflower from oven and push to one side. Tray will be hot! use a utensil.Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Transfer chicken to now-empty side of tray and evenly top with bacon-cheese mixture. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until cauliflower is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, add butter and remaining savory seasoning to cauliflower and stir until combined and melted. Bon appétit!
