Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, break up until protein reaches a minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

Cook the Beef
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and taco seasoning to hot, dry pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.While beef cooks, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Ingredients
Hold romaine heart at root end and chop coarsely.
Core tomatoes and cut into 1/4" dice.Trim and thinly slice green onions. -
Make the Fiesta Crema
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, fiesta seasoning, 2 tsp. water, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

Assemble the Beef Mixture
Add 1/4 cup water and cream cheese to hot pan with beef and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir constantly until cream cheese is melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer to casserole dish and spread into an even layer. -
Add Salad Toppings and Finish Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping beef mixture with shredded cheese, tomatoes, romaine, fiesta crema, and green onions. Garnish with guacamole. Bon appétit!
