Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Start the Broccoli

    Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.

    In provided tray, combine broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, a pinch of pepper, and half the onion salt (reserve remaining for chicken). Massage oil and seasonings into broccoli.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    While broccoli bakes, continue recipe.

    Add the Chicken

    Tear spinach.

    Break up artichoke using hands.

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of pepper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, shredded cheese, half the remaining onion salt (remaining is yours to use as you please!), and garlic and parsley seasoning. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.

    After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push broccoli to one side.

    Place chicken in now-empty side of tray and top evenly with spinach-artichoke mixture.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    To serve, stir softened butter into broccoli. Bon appétit!
