Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle. Finely chop white portions of green onions. Keep white and green portions separate.

    Prepare the Broccoli and Meatballs

    Add broccoli to one side of prepared baking sheet and toss with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Spray with cooking spray. Spread into an even layer on their side.

    In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.

    After 1 minute, add ground pork, white portions of green onions, umami seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir to combine. Form mixture into 6 equally-sized meatballs and place on empty side of sheet.

    Roast the Broccoli and Meatballs

    Roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 16-18 minutes.

    While broccoli and meatballs roast, continue recipe.

    Make Sauce and Finish Dish

    In another mixing bowl, combine sour cream, honey, mayonnaise, and Sriracha (to taste). Set aside.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping broccoli with sesame dressing and garnishing meatballs with sauce (to taste). Top entire meal with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
