Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Start the Broccoli
Combine broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt in provided tray. Cover tray with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
Form and Add the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, 1/3 the mayonnaise (reserve remaining for sauce), ginger, half the sesame oil (remaining is yours to use as you please!), and 1/4 tsp. salt. Form mixture into six equally-sized meatballs.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Add mushrooms, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste), and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine and push vegetables to one side of tray.Place meatballs in now-empty side of tray. -
Bake Meal and Make Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in another mixing bowl, combine remaining mayonnaise and BBQ sauce. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid from tray. Stir soy sauce into vegetables.To serve, top meatballs with sauce and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
